learned Additional Standing Counsel for the State.
Looking to the prayer involved herein, this Court feels it appropriate to direct the Secretary, Govt. of Odisha, S.T. & S.C. Development Department, Bhubaneswar, opposite party no.1 to treat the writ petition as representation at the instance of the petitioner and take decision as appropriate taking into consideration the report vide Annexure-4 and the plea taken in the writ petition by completing the entire exercise within a period of one and half months from the date of communication of copy of this order along with copy of the writ petition by the petitioner.
As restrictions are continuing for COVID-19, learned counsel may utilize the soft copy of this order available in the High Court’s website or print out thereof at par with certified copies in the manner prescribed, vide Court’s Notice No.4587, dated 25.03.2020.
