Looking to the limited request involved herein and as this Court finds the representation of the petitioner involving the matter vide Annexure-6 is pending consideration, this Court disposes of the writ petition directing the opposite party no.3 to look into the grievance of the petitioner vide Annexure-6 and take decision, as appropriate, taking into consideration the plea taken in the writ petition as well as the contents of Annexures-4 and 5 within a period of six weeks from the date of communication of a copy of this order along with copy of the writ petition by the petitioner.
As restrictions are continuing for Covid-19, petitioner may utilize the soft copy of this order available in the High Court’s Website or print out thereof at par with certified copies in the manner prescribed vide Court’s Notification No.4587 dated 25.3.2020.
