- 03.12.2020 The matter is taken up through video conferencing. Issue notice to the opposite parties on the question of admission.
Since all the opposite parties will be represented by the learned State Counsel, no notice be issued to them. Let three extra copies of the brief be served on the learned State Counsel within three days. Counter affidavit, if any, shall be filed within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of the notice.
As an interim measure, this Court directs, without prejudice to the claim of both parties the petitioner shall be permitted to participate in the selection process for the post of A.S.I in terms of the letter dated 27.10.2020 vide Annexure-5 (series), but the result involving the petitioner shall not be declared and the same be kept in a sealed cover.
