The petitioner has filed this writ petition seeking direction to the opposite party no.1 to release the financial benefit to the petitioner by correctly upgrading the 1st RACP and 2nd RACP grade pay as per the government resolution dated 08.08.2013 (Annexure-5), which is already implemented by opposite party no.1.
In course of hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner states that highlighting the grievance, the petitioner has made representation to the opposite party no.3 vide Annexure-8 series and direction be given to the said opposite party to consider and dispose of the same.
In view of the aforesaid limited grievance of the petitioner, this Court disposes of the writ petition directing opposite party no.3 to take a decision on the representation filed by the petitioner vide Annexure-8 series and pass appropriate order in accordance with law within a period of three months from the date of production of certified/ authenticated copy of this order by the petitioner.
