Petitioner since has approached this Court straightway and on his own submission, he had already relieved since 31.10.2020, this Court permits the petitioner to agitate the grievances raised herein before the Opposite Party nbo.1 also taking the plea taken in the writ petition for consideration of the opposite party no.1 within a period of 15 days. By the end of this week, there may not be any coercive action against the petitioner.
The writ petition stands disposed of with the observation made hereinabove.
As lockdown period is continuing for Covid-19, learned counsel for the petitioner may utilise the soft copy of this order available in the High Court’s website or print out thereof at par with certified copy in the manner prescribed, vide Court’s Notification No.4587 dated 25.3.2020.
