Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner does not want to proceed with the writ petition and hence prays for withdrawal of the same. Mr.H.S.Deo, learned counsel for the Odisha State Housing Board submits that he has no objection to the same.
Accordingly, the writ petition stands dismissed as withdrawn.
