5.1 Accordingly, this Court gives liberty to the petitioner to file an application for early disposal of CS No.868 of 2019 (641/2019) along with an authenticated copy of this order before the learned Senior Civil Judge, Balasore for early disposal and in that event learned trial Court shall do well to consider the same and proceed with

the matter as expeditiously as possible so as to dispose of the suit at an early date.
6.1 An authenticated copy of this order downloaded from the website of this Court shall be treated at par with certified copy in the manner prescribed in this Court’s Notice No.4587 dated 25.03.2020.
