This matter is taken up through Video Conferencing. Heard the submissions of learned counsel for petitioner and learned Additional Standing Counsel for the opposite
parties.
Petitioner has the following prayer in this Writ Petition : “Petitioner, therefore, prays that this Hon’ble Court be kind enough to admit the writ petition, issue notices to Opp. Parties, especially Opp. Party No.3 to 5 to file show cause as to why the petitioner’s service period shall not be extended for further period of six months from time to time till his regular absorption in the post of Data Entry operator in Tahasil Gudari looking into his 7 years continues service and satisfactory work performance and if the Opp. Parties especially Opp. Party No.3 to 5 fails to file show cause or insufficient causes, then this Hon’ble Court after hearing the counsel for parties be pleased to issue a writ in nature of mandamus and direct Opp. Party No.3 to 5 not to discontinue the petitioner from the post of Data Entry operator in Tahasil Gudari and extend his contractual period of service from time to time till his permanent absorption in the post of Data Entry operator in Tahasil Gudari or pass any other orders as this Hon’ble Court deem fit and proper.”

As it appears, instead of approaching the competent authority the petitioner has straightway approached this Court by way of this Writ Petition. However, taking into consideration that there has been some consideration of the case of the petitioner vide Annexure-13, this Court in disposal of the Writ Petition directs the Collector, Rayagada-O.P.3 to consider the case of the petitioner involved in this Writ Petition by treating the same as a representation at the instance of the petitioner and take a lawful decision in the matter taking into account the development through the

order vide Annexure-13.
The entire exercise shall be completed within a period of two months from the date of communication of a copy of this order along with a copy of the Writ Petition by the petitioner.
The Writ Petition thus stands disposed of.
Petitioner may utilize the soft copy of this order available in the High Court’s website or print out thereof at par with certified copy in the manner prescribed, vide Court’s Notification No.4587 dated 25.3.2020.
