Heard learned counsel for the parties by Video Conferencing mode.
Learned counsel for the petitioner inviting attention of the Court towards the Memo dated 24.09.2020 at Flag-B filed by him, submits that he may be permitted to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to the petitioner to pursue the appeal pending before DRAT, Koltata vide Dy.250 of 2020.
In view of such submission made, the writ petition stands disposed of as withdrawn with the liberty as prayed for.
