Heard Mr.Binaya Kumar Mohanty, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.Arun Kumar Mishra, learned Additional Government Advocate for the Stateopposite parties.

Petitioner, in this writ petition seeks for a direction to opposite parties, more particularly opposite party No.5-Tahasildar, Saraskana to lease out a piece of government land in Khata No.250, Plot No.666, KisamSarad-III, area Ac.0.07 decimal out of Ac.0.77 decimal, mouza Bangiriposi under Tahasildar, Saraskana in the district of Mayurbhanj in the name of the petitioner for construction of a road for establishment of his unit.

Mr.Mohanty, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in the above regard, he has made a representation to the Collector, Mayurbhanj at Baripada on 31.12.2019 (Annexure-9) and prays for a direction for early disposal of the same.

Mr.Mishra, learned AGA submits that if the representation of the petitioner is still pending as at Annexure-9, a direction may be made for early disposal of the same in accordance with law.

Considering the submissions as made above, this Court, without expressing any opinion on the emrit of the case of the petitioner, disposes of the writ petition with a direction that the Collector, Mayurbhanj at Baripada (OP No.2) shall do well to consider and dispose

of the representation as at Annexure-9 of the petitioner stated to be pending in accordance with law, as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of three months from the date of production of an authenticated copy of this order.

Authenticated copy of this order downloaded from the website of this Court shall be treated at par with certified copy in the manner prescribed in this Court’s Notice No.4587 dated 25.03.2020.
