Mr. A.K. Bose, learned Asst. Solicitor General of India submits that the process of tender in question has been cancelled/abandoned by opposite parties and therefore, challenge to Annexure-8 dated 08.11.2019, Annexure-7 dated 24.07.2020 and subsequent financial bid evaluation under Annexure-5 dated 18.10.2019 has been rendered infructuous. Learned counsel for the petitioner is not in a position to dispute the above submission.
The writ petition is thus disposed of as infructuous.
