Perused the record. This Court issued notice on 16.12.2010 to the opposite parties indicating that the matter shall be disposed of at the stage of admission and directed to file requisites within three days. But till date no requisites have been filed. In the meantime ten years have passed. On perusal of record, it appears that the petitioner has filed this application for selection/appointment of pharmacists in the Mobile Heath Unit (MHU) in the district of Balangir. Since steps have been taken since more than 10 years, this Court is not inclined to entertain this application.
The writ petition is dismissed accordingly.
