Mr. P. Mohanty, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that since the petitioner has already made representation ventilating his grievance to opposite party no.2 who has forwarded such representation to opposite party no.3, the petitioner may be permitted to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to him to pursue his remedy before opposite party no.2.
In view of the above submissions, the writ petition stands disposed of as withdrawn with the liberty as prayed for.
