Considering the contentions raised by learned counsel for the parties and after perusal of the records, it is seen that this Court vide order dated 27.03.2019 disposed of the writ petition with a direction to the tribunal to consider the application in M.A. No.89 of 2019 within a period of two weeks from the date of passing of order on production of the certified copy thereof. Though such order was passed, the certified copy of the order was not produced by the petitioner before opposite party no.1. In any case, opposite party no.1, having come to know the order dated 27.03.2019 on production of the photocopy of the same by the certificate holder, i.e., HUDCO Ltd., immediately took up the matter on 05.04.2019 and 11.04.2019. But, the applicant in M.A. No.89 of 2019 filed a new Misc. Application with certain new prayers which created difficulties for the tribunal to pass an order and dispose of the same within a specified period of two weeks. In any case, M.A. application was heard on merits and reserved for orders on 15.04.2019, but the order was passed on 28.06.2019, which was before filing of the contempt petition.
