The petitioners have filed this writ petition seeking direction to the opposite parties to consider their grievance for cancellation of RSD No.491200880 dated 05.11.2012 as the same was executed violating the act and rules.
In course of hearing, learned counsel for the petitioners states that highlighting the grievances, the petitioners have made representation to opposite party no.2 vide Annexure-3, but no decision has yet been taken.
Considering the limited grievance of the petitioners, this Court without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, disposes of the writ petition directing opposite party no.2 to consider the representation filed by the petitioners vide Annexure-3 and pass appropriate order within a period of three months from the date of production of certified copy this order.
