02 16.01.2020 Heard Mr. S.K. Nayak-2, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr. S.P. Panda, learned Additional Government Advocate.
As this matter is covered by the order passed by this Court in W.P.(C) No.11786 of 2018 on 29.01.2019, the benefit granted therein is also extended to this case. Accordingly, petitioner is permitted to tender the sale deed to the Sub-Registrar for registration purpose and the Sub-Registrar shall do well in considering the registerability or non-registerability of the instrument taking into consideration the direction of this Court given in W.P.(C) No.11786 of 2018 on 29.01.2019.
The writ petition stands disposed of with the above direction.
