This writ petition has been filed by the petitioner, inter alia, with a prayer that opposite party no.4 extend the benefits to the petitioner given by opposite party no.2 under Annexure-12 and 13 and opposite party no.2 may be directed to proceed against opposite party no.3 and 4 for violation of RBI Guidelines as well as guidelines of opposite party no.1 rendering him liable for punishment in terms of Section 60 of the Disaster Management Act, 2005.
Learned counsel for the opposite party no.3 submitted that the petitioner has now deposited a sum of Rs.6.00 lakh as per the order passed by this Court on 27.07.2020 and he may be required to approach the opposite party-bank for regularization of his bank account.
In view of the aforesaid submission, this writ petition stands disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to approach the opposite party-bank for regularization of his cash credit account as per the averments made in the counter affidavit by opposite party no.3.
With the aforesaid liberty, the writ petition is accordingly disposed of.
