The matter is taken up through video conferencing. Heard Mr. P.K. Das, learned counsel for the petitioner.
The petitioner has filed this writ petition seeking direction to opposite parties to return the sum of Rs.2566/- to his savings bank account no.21664951002 within a stipulated time.
As it appears, in Annexure-2 the bank has deducted a sum of Rs.2566/and deposited the same in account no.21664952663 (A/c Principal, S.N. College) for onward deposit to Chief Minister Relief Fund for victim of COVID-19 pandemic.
In such view of the matter, this Court is not inclined to entertain this writ petition, which is accordingly dismissed.
