Heard Mr. D. Mohapatra, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr. B.P. Tripathy, learned Additional Government Advocate for the State-opposite parties.
This writ petition has been filed assailing the action of the opposite parties in not paying the professional fees and expenses of the petitioner-Mr. Bhaktahari Mohanty, who is a Senior Counsel of this Court.
In course of hearing, Mr. Mohapatra, learned counsel for the petitioner on instruction submits that the bill dated 14.06.2016 has already been cleared but bill dated 06.09.2019 has not yet been paid. In that view of the matter, he prays for a direction for early disbursement of the aforesaid bill dated 06.09.2019 to the tune of Rs.13,20,000/-.
Mr. Tripathy, learned Additional Government Advocate for the State submits that he may be granted some time to take instruction on the same.
Having heard learned counsel for the parties and taking into consideration the fact that the bill dated 14.06.2016 to the tune of Rs.11,55,000/- has already been paid, this Court hopes and expects that the bill dated 06.09.2019 shall be considered and paid at an early date.
In that view of the matter, this Court without keeping this matter pending awaiting response from the opposite parties, disposes of the writ petition with a

hope and expectation that the bill dated 06.09.2019 will be scrutinized and paid at an early date preferably within a period of six weeks from the date of production of an authenticated copy of this order downloaded from the website of the Orissa High Court before the Collector, Puri-opposite party no.2.
Authenticated copy of this order downloaded from the website of this Court shall be treated at par with certified copy in the manner prescribed in this Court’s Notice No.4587 dated 25.03.2020.
