Due to outbreak of COVID-19, this matter is taken up through Video Conferencing.
This is an application for modification of the order dated 08.09.2020 by which the writ petition was disposed of.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the authorities have not yet complied with the order dated 08.09.2020 passed by this Court till date as no time has been fixed for compliance of the said order.
Having heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the State, we direct the opposite parties to comply with the order dated 08.09.2020 passed by this Court by the end of April, 2021.
The I.A. is accordingly disposed of.
Authenticated copy of this order downloaded from the website of this Court in the manner prescribed in this Courts Notice No.4587 dated 25.03.2020 shall be treated at par with the certified copy of this order.
