2. Keeping in view the genuine request, this Court while allowing this application also disposes of this I.A. This Court also finds, a consequential modification is also necessary at the Opposite Party No.1 side.
3. Considering the oral submission of learned counsel for Petitioner, this Court finds, request herein of the Petitioner is genuine. As a consequence this Court permits the Petitioner to also substitute Opposite Party No.1.
4. I.A. stands disposed of accordingly.
