Learned counsel for the petitioner makes a statement that the claim of the petitioner has been paid and the petitioner may be permitted to withdraw this Writ Petition with liberty to approach the competent authority in the event of any claim still survives.
Recording the above statement made by the learned counsel for the petitioner this Court permits the petitioner to withdraw this Writ Petition with liberty to approach the competent authority and raise the claim, provided the same is not time barred. It is made clear that this Court has not also expressed any opinion on the future claims, if any, to be made by the petitioner.
The Writ Petition stands disposed of as withdrawn but with liberty as prayed for.
