02 05.06.2020 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned State counsel.
In the aforesaid writ petition, the petitioner has sought for a direction to the opposite party Nos.1 and 2 to provide all sorts of support to the petitioner i.e., both financial and technical to run the project in the locality of petitioner.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that if a direction would be issued to opposite party No.3, Director, Directorate of Animal Husbandry and Veterinary Services, Government of Odisha to dispose of the representation of the petitioner filed on 05.02.2020 under Annexure-6 then the grievance of the petitioner shall be redressed.
Learned State counsel however has no serious objection to that course of action.

Considering the limited nature of grievance of the petitioner and without delving into the matter, the writ petition is disposed of with a direction to opposite party No.3 to consider the representation of the petitioner under Annexure-6 on its own merit as expeditiously as possible preferably within a period of three months after lifting of lockdown period due to COVID-19.
