This matter is taken up through Video Conferencing in the wake of Lockdown due to Pandemic COVID-19.
Heard Mr. S.K.Padhi, learned senior counsel for the petitioner and Mr S.K.Samal, learned Additional Government Advocate for the State.
In pursuance of the order dated 07.01.2021 passed in I.A. No. 14656 of 2020, an affidavit has been filed sworn by Additional Secretary (Judicial), Board of Revenue, Odisha, Cuttack. It has been inter alia, submitted in the affidavit that the court of learned Member, Board of Revenue, Odisha, Cuttack will function from 01.02.2021.
While disposing of the writ application on 05.06.2020, it has been directed that the learned Member, Board of Revenue, Odisha, Cuttack shall dispose of the OSS Case as expeditiously as possible within a period of three months after lifting of lockdown period due to COVID-19.

In view of disposal of the writ petition vide order dated 05.06.2020, learned Member, Board of Revenue, Odisha, Cuttack shall do well to dispose of the OSS Case as expeditiously as possible preferably by the end of April, 2021. Rest part of the order shall remain unaltered.
