CRLMC No.821 1 of 2020
It is submitted on behalf of petitioner that as per order of High Court, the petitioner was released on bail on 05.10.2012 by the learned S.D.J.M., Sundargarh in G.R. Case No.668 of 2012 pending in his file for alleged offences under Section 392 of I.P.C., read with section 25 and 27 of Arms Act and subsequently due to his nonappearance before the court below, for the reason of communication gap with his lawyer, NBW of arrest was issued against him by order dtd.04.04.2016, under Annexure-2 series.
Thus considering the limited nature of prayer and after hearing learned counsel for the State, the CRLMC is disposed of with a direction that in the event the petitioner surrenders on or before 01.12.2020 before the learned court below and moves for bail, he be released on bail in the aforesaid case on such terms and conditions to be fixed by the learned court below in seisin over the matter.
The CRLMC is disposed of.
