CRLMA No.19 of 2020 1
This Crl. Misc. Application has been filed for restoration of CRLMC No.1151 of 2015 which has been dismissed as withdrawn on 2.12.2019.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in absence of memo for withdrawal, while adjourning the case, inadvertently the order for withdrawal has been passed.
In view of above facts and on being satisfied with the record, it is felt desirable for the ends of justice to restore the case.
Accordingly, the CRLMA is allowed. CRLMC No.1151 of 2015 be restored to its original file.
