The petitioner has filed this writ petition alleging non-compliance of order dated 22.01.2019 passed by this Court in W.P.(C) No. 24473 of 2012.
During pendency of this contempt petition, compliance order has been issued on 27.01.2020, wherein it has been stated that the order of this Court has been complied with subject to decision of the review petition filed before this Court in the writ petition.
Since the order has been complied with subject to outcome of review petition, the CONTC is accordingly disposed of.
