CMP No.774 of 2017
Due to outbreak of COVID-19, this matter is taken up through Video Conferencing.
Mr.Dinesh Kumar Mohanty, learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners are not interested to pursue the CMP anymore. Therefore, he prays for withdrawal of the same.
Accordingly, the CMP is dismissed as withdrawn.
In view of dismissal of the CMP, interim order dated 24.07.2017 passed in Misc. Case No.886 of 2017 stands vacated.
Office is directed to inform the learned Civil Judge (Senior Division), Sambalpur accordingly.
