This is an application for modification of the order dated 02.09.2020.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that inadvertently in the cause title as well as in the body of the petition, the P.S. Case number has been incorrectly reflected as ‘Thakurgarh P.S. Case No.117 of 2019’ but, in fact, it is ‘Kishorenagar P.S. Case No.117 of 2019’ and therefore, the order be modified accordingly.
Learned counsel for the State has also received instruction from the I.I.C. of Thakurgarh police station that G.R. Case No.506 of 2019 pending in the file of learned S.D.J.M., Athmallik corresponds to Kishorenagar P.S. Case No.117 of 2019.
Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the respective parties, in third paragraph of the order dated 02.09.2020 where the P.S. Case number has been reflected as ‘Thakurgarh P.S. Case No.117 of 2019’, the same shall be read as ‘Kishorenagar P.S. Case No.117 of 2019’.
Rest part of the order dated 02.09.2020 shall remain unaltered.
I.A. is accordingly disposed of.
Issue urgent certified copy as per Rules.
