Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the State.
During course of the hearing of the bail application, learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that since the bail application of the petitioner has been rejected by the learned Additional Sessions Judge, Keonjhar on 06.06.2020 while the investigation was under progress and in the meantime, charge sheet has already been submitted, he seeks permission to withdraw the bail application in order to move the learned Court below.
Accordingly, the bail application is disposed of as withdrawn with liberty to the petitioner to renew his prayer for bail if contingency arises.
