Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned counsel for the State-opposite party.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the case has been committed to the court of learned Sessions Judge, Bhadrak and renumbered as S.T. Case No.58 of 2020.
Considering the submission of learned counsel for the petitioner, the I.A. is allowed. The expressions “G.R. Case No.171/2020” and “J.M.F.C., Dhamnagar” mentioned in the order dated 22.10.2020 be corrected as “S.T. Case No.58 of 2020” and “Sessions Judge, Bhadrak” respectively. The rest part of the said order shall remain unaltered.
