This is an application under Section-439 Cr. P.C for bail.
Considered the materials placed by learned counsels for the parties.
Regard being had to the facts and submissions, factum of permanent residence of the petitioner and nature of offence which is triable by the Magistrate, it is directed that the petitioner shall be released on bail by the learned N.G.N.-Cum-J.M.F.C., Tangi in G.R. Case No.428 of 2019 arising out of Tangi P.S. Case No.531 of 2019 on such terms and conditions as deemed just and proper.
The Bail Application is accordingly disposed of. As Lock-down period is continuing for COVID19, learned counsel for the petitioner may utilize the soft copy of this order available in the High Court’s official website or print out thereof at par with certified copies in the manner prescribed, vide Court’s Notice No.4587 dated 25.03.2020.
