It appears that petitioner no.1 Ruturaj Deep earlier filed an bail application in BLAPL No.6475 of 2019 and this Court by order dated 25.08.2020 while not inclining to release him on bail on merit, granted interim bail for a period of three months from the date of release and he was directed to surrender before the learned trial
Court on expiry of the said three months period. Moreover, the said interim bail period is not yet over. It is not known whether the petitioner has availed the interim bail period or not.
Therefore, I am not inclined to entertain this bail application at this stage.
Accordingly, this bail application is disposed of.
