Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the Republic of India.
Considering the submissions made and on going through the detailed order dated 03.12.2019 passed by this Court in BLAPL No.5100 of 2019 as well as the materials on record as placed, finding no such change in the circumstances; I am not inclined to reconsider the prayer for grant of bail to the petitioner.
The BLAPL is dismissed accordingly.
