Learned counsel for the petitioner prays for withdrawal of this application seeking liberty for the petitioner to move appropriate forum by filing appropriate application as provided in law in questioning the order dated 13.01.2020 passed by the learned Special Judge, Puri in T.R. Case No.88 of 2019.
Granting the liberty as aforesaid, the application stands disposed of as withdrawn. The original order passed by the learned Special Judge, Puri in T.R. Case No.88 of 2019 be returned to the learned counsel for the petitioner on being substituted by an attested photocopy thereof.
