This is an application for modification of the order dated 19.10.2020.
Considering the submissions of the learned counsel for the petitioner, the prayer for modification is allowed.
The words “S.T. No.01 of 2020 arising out of” shall be read after the words “corresponding to” appearing in 3rd paragraph and in place of the words “J.M.F.C.” appearing in the same paragraph, the words “Additional Sessions Judge” shall be read.
Accordingly, the I.A. is disposed of.
