In course of hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner prays for withdrawal of this application, seeking liberty to move the court in seisin of the afresh for release of the petitioner on bail, citing all such developments including the completion of investigation, which have taken place in the meantime for their consideration in proper perspective and disposal in accordance with law.
