This is an application for correction of the cause title of the bail application.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that inadvertently in the cause title, he has mentioned T.R.Case No. 252 of 2019 instead of T.R.Case No. 52 of 2019 and the same may be corrected as T.R.Case No. 52 of 2019.
In view of the aforesaid submission, T.R.Case number mentioned in the cause title as “252 of 2019” be read as “52 of 2019”.
I.A. is accordingly disposed of.
