This is an application under Section 439 Cr.P.C. for bail and the offences alleged are under Sections 377/506 of the I.P.C. read with Section 4 of the POCSO Act.
Considering the statement of the victims recorded under Section 164 Cr.P.C., I am not inclined to release the petitioner on bail.
Accordingly, the prayer for bail is rejected.
