The matter is taken up through video conferencing. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned State counsel.
Considering the submissions and on going through the nature of accusations; further keeping in view the surrounding circumstances of the case as also concerning the petitioner; it is directed that in the event the petitioner surrenders before the court in seisin of the case in connection with Gurudijhatia P.S. Case No.91 of 2020 corresponding to C.T. Case No.383 of 2020 pending in he court of learned S.D.J.M., Athagarh, within four weeks hence and moves for his release on bail, he shall be released on bail on such terms and conditions as would be deemed just and proper by the said court with further conditions that he will appear before the IIC of the concerned P.S on every Modnay in between 10.00 am to 2.00 pm for the next six months.
