Considering the submission made and on going through the materials on record as also the surrounding circumstances, this Court finds is not to be a fit case for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
It is, however, observed that in the event, the petitioner surrenders before the court in seisin of the case and moves for his release on bail in the aforesaid case, the same shall be considered on its own merit without being prejudiced by this order and disposed of in accordance with law.
Accordingly, the ABLAPL stands disposed of.
