Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the State.
Perused the averments taken in the petitions. Gone through the order dated 06.01.2021 passed by the learned S.D.J.M., Bhadrak.
Considering the submission made, it is hereby directed that the learned court in seisin of the case would do well to take effective steps as per law to ensure receipt of the Case diary of Bhadrak Rural P.S. Case No. 355 of 2020 corresponding to G.R. Case No. 1067 of 2020 (S.D.J.M., Bhadrak) by 06.02.2021.
In view of the above, the time period for surrender of the petitioner is extended till 08.02.2021.
