The matter is taken up through video conferencing. Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned State.
Considering the submissions and on going through the nature of accusations; further keeping in view surrounding circumstances of the case as also concerning the petitioners; it is directed that in the event they surrender before the court in seisin of the case in connection with Dhamnagar P.S. Case No.228 of 2020 corresponding to G.R. Case No.411 of 2020 pending the court of learned J.M.F.C., Dhamnagar, within three weeks hence and move for their release on bail, they shall be released on bail on such terms and conditions as would be deemed just and proper by the said court.
The ABLAPL is disposed of accordingly.
