ABLAPL No.684 of 2020
Considering the submissions and on going through the nature of accusations; further keeping in view the surrounding circumstances of the case as also concerning the petitioners; it is directed that in the event the petitioners surrender before the court in seisin of the case in connection with Khandagiri P.S. Case No.0006 of 2020 corresponding to C.T. Case No.34 of 2020 pending in the court of learned S.D.J.M., Bhubaneswar, within two weeks hence and moves for his release on bail, they shall be released on bail on such terms and conditions as would be deemed just and proper by the said court with further condition that they will report to the I.I.C., Khandagiri P.S. on every Sunday in between 10 A.M. to 2 P.M. for a period of next six months.
Violation of any of the above condition(s) shall entail cancellation of bail.
