The matter is taken up through video conferencing. Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned counsel for the State.
Considering the submission and on going through the materials as placed as well as nature of accusations; further keeping in view the surrounding circumstances and in the absence of any such other impediment; it is directed that in the event of arrest of the petitioners in Bhubaneswar Mahila P.S. Case No.66 of 2020 corresponding to C.T. Case No.4749 of 2020 pending in the court of the learned S.D.J.M., Bhubaneswar, they shall be released on bail by the Arresting Officer on such terms and conditions as the Arresting Officer may deem just and proper with further condition that they shall cooperate with the investigation and shall appear before the Investigating Officer as and when required for the purpose of investigation.
The ABLAPL is accordingly disposed of.
