O R D E R
The petitioner apprehending his arrest in Agarpada P.S. Case No.149 of 2019, corresponding to Special (POCSO) Case No.103 of 2019 on the file of the Additional Sessions Judge-cum-Special Judge, Bhadrak registered for alleged commission of offences punishable under Sections 506, 363, 366 and 376 of the I.P.C. read with Section 4 of the POCSO Act, 2012, has filed this petition for his release on pre-arrest bail.
Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the State.
It appears that the earlier prayer for pre-arrest bail of the petitioner was rejected as withdrawn by this Court vide order dated 11.02.2020 in ABLAPL No.19302 of 2019.
On consideration of the nature and gravity of the accusation and materials appearing against the petitioner and also circumstances in which the offence stated to have

been committed, I am of the view that the petitioner in this case has made out no case for his release on pre-arrest bail. Hence, the prayer for pre-arrest bail of the petitioner stands rejected.
Accordingly, the ABLAPL stands disposed of being dismissed.
