This interim application has been filed by the petitioner for modification of the order dated 4.9.2020 passed by this Court in ABLAPL No.9564 of 2020.
Learned counsel for the petitioner is permitted to correct the name of the court from “S.D.J.M., Athagarh” to “J.M.F.C., Tigiria” in Court today.
Heard.
Considering the submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner and the averments made in this application, it is directed that in the entire Order No.02 dated 4.9.2020, the words “S.D.J.M., Athagarh” be read as “J.M.F.C., Tigiria”.
So far as extension of time to surrender of the petitioner before the court of J.M.F.C., Tigiri is concerned, the time to surrender of the petitioner is extended to another four weeks from today.
Rest part of the order dated 4.9.2020 remains unaltered.
