The petitioner is allegedly involved in Naugaon P.S. Case No. 63 of 2020 corresponding to G.R. Case No. 369 of 2020 pending in the Court of learned S.D.J.M., Jagatsinghpur, for commission of offence under Sections 188, 292, 294, 153-A IPC, read with Section 67 of Information Technology Act, 2000, Section 51 (b) of Disaster Management Act, 2005 and Section 3 of the Epidemic Diseases Act, 1897.
Perused the F.I.R. Taking into consideration the nature of allegation and the materials available on record, this Court directs that in the event of arrest of the petitioner in connection with the aforesaid case, he shall be released on bail by the arresting officer with such terms and conditions as he deems fit and proper with further condition that the petitioner shall furnish a cash security of Rs.5,000/- (rupees five thousand) and shall cooperate with the investigation and shall be available before the investigating agency as and when required for the purpose of investigation.
The ABLAPL is accordingly disposed of.
