ABLAPL No. 4501 of 2020
The petitioners are allegedly involved in G.R. Case No. 247 of 2020 arising out of Kujanga P.S. Case No. 86 of 2020 pending in the court of learned J.M.F.C.(P), Kujanga for commission of offence under Sections 498A/323/313/506/294/34 I.P.C. read with Section 4 of D.P. Act.
Perused the F.I.R. Taking into consideration the nature of allegation and the materials available on record, this Court directs that in the event of arrest of the petitioners in connection with the aforesaid case, they shall be released on bail by the arresting officer with such conditions as he deems fit and proper while complying the provisions of Section 41 Cr.P.C.
The ABLAPL is accordingly disposed of.
