Heard learned counsel for the parties.
The name of the petitioner be corrected as Suvendu Bikas Patra @ Suvendu Patra @ Apu instead of Surendra Patra @ Surendra Bikash Patra @ Apu.
Three weeks’ further time from today is extended for the petitioner to surrender before the competent court in continuation of the earlier order passed in the ABLAPL, other conditions remaining the same.
The I.A. is accordingly disposed of.
